- Purchasing or using third-party email lists for marketing purposes.
- Posting excessive or misleading promotional content on forums, social media groups, or comment sections.
- Using automation tools to send bulk messages without recipient consent.
- Misrepresenting our company, products, or services in any form of outreach.
4. Compliance
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- Internal disciplinary action, including termination for employees.
- Termination of contracts with third-party vendors or affiliates.
- Legal liability, including fines or lawsuits resulting from violations of applicable laws.
