Inclusions & critical details
Included: 30 days use of the container(s) with delivery of empty container and pickup of full container at origin, then delivery of full container and pickup of empty container at destination. 30 days starts when the empty container is dropped at origin. So the container must be emptied and ready for pickup at destination within 30 days of dropping the container at origin. For example, you can use 7 days to load the container at origin, then 7-10 business days for transit (or roughly around 9-12 days depending on where weekends and holiday fall), leaving about 11 days to unload the container at destination.
Placement requirements: To properly place your container, we require 13.5 ft. in height clearance, 12ft width clearance and 55 ft. in length clearance. If the container is going to be placed on the street, please remember to check with your local authorities regarding permits that may be required prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Potential charges: sometimes there are location features that make moving take longer like elevators, stairs, and not being able to park the truck near your home. And some items require special handling. After connecting with a Cend move expert, we will let you know if any additional charges apply.
Move day: For container delivery, there must be a representative who is 18 years or older present to tell the driver where to place the container. No one needs to be present for container pickup, but please ensure there is nothing in the way of our truck picking up the container (for example, please do not park any cars in front of the container).

Payment terms: After going through the steps to get your online estimate, we’ll be in touch within one business day to get a few more details and then send you a personalized quote. When you’re ready to book, we’ll securely collect your payment details as you sign your quote. For a hassle-free experience, we’ll automatically charge the full quoted amount to your card three business days before your scheduled pickup—no extra steps needed on your end.
Cancelation policy: We know plans can change. Just please know that if you need to cancel within 48 hours of your service date, up to 50% of your payment may be retained. For schedule changes made with less than one business day’s notice, a service attempt fee will apply.
